We know waiting for new gear isn't nearly as fun as ordering it. Here’s what happens between clicking Buy and finding a Torque & Snark package at your door.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

ORDER PROCESSING

Because our products are printed to order, orders are typically processed within 2 - 5 business days after they’re placed.

Processing may take a little longer during holidays, sales, or other unusually busy periods. Good shirts take a minute. We’re printing them, not pulling them out of a mysterious warehouse dimension.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4 - 8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates, not torque specifications. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control can occasionally affect arrival times.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Checking the tracking page every 11 minutes has not been scientifically proven to make it arrive faster.
